How it works

  1. Choose

    Pick a dish on the machine screen.

  2. Pay

    Cash or QR: PromptPay, TrueMoney, Alipay, WeChat Pay. Some machines also take bank cards.

  3. Pick up

    Take your meal from the pickup tray.

  4. Heat

    Warm it up in a microwave. Follow the instructions on the label.

    How a machine appears in a building

      Residents leave wishes

      You tell us about your building. Your neighbours can do the same.

      We assess the building

      We look at the building, a possible spot for the machine and access for restocking.

      We talk to the management

      Our team discusses the installation with the building management or committee.

      Installation

      If the building agrees, we install the machine and keep it stocked.

    A wish doesn’t guarantee installation: it needs an assessment and the building’s consent.

    Questions

    Do I pay anything for a wish?

    No. It’s free and doesn’t oblige you to anything.

    Does a wish guarantee a machine?

    No. We assess the building: how many people live there, a suitable spot and access for restocking. Installation also needs the building’s consent.

    Does the management need to agree?

    Yes. The machine stands in a shared area, so the management or committee decides. We talk to them ourselves. If you know the manager, tick “I can introduce you” in the form.

    Can I suggest a small building?

    Yes, send it anyway. We look at the whole picture, and smaller buildings may take longer to assess.

    What if there is already a machine?

    Check the map of where our machines are. If your building is there, you don’t need to send a wish.
